Singing Saw Cheat
***UPDATE*** We've stopped painting these, so they're just natural wood. Still look great!
The Singing Saw Cheat was almost certainly invented about 30 minutes after the Singing Saw. It makes saw playing much easier, less tiring, and more fun. Our model clamps to the end of the blade through a hole that exists on most musical saws on the market today. The wingnut quickly spins tight and securely clamps the blade between two non-marring washers. The tight squeeze ensures that the Cheat isn’t going to add scratching or distortion to the amplified signal. This cheat works with any handsaw or musical saw that has at least a 1/4" hole at the end of the blade.
Every saw that we sell currently has this hole, and is compatible with the Index Cheat. If your saw doesn’t have this hole, we have an answer for that, too, coming soon.
Check out our amplified singing saw, the JackSaw, listed in the shop. It's available in two sizes and ready to ship worldwide. Please convo if you have any questions!
